In modern information society, the emergence of many face-to-face transactions and the exchange of information in various circulation fields have led to the large-scale collection and use of personal information, which threatens the legitimate rights and interests of individuals. Therefore, information protection has inevitably become a mainstream trend. In practical terms, many people have not yet realized the importance of personal information protection, nor have they recognized the significant business opportunities and numerous legal issues embedded within it.
