Features: In the process of selecting, designing, and compiling continuing education materials for primary and secondary school teachers, we adhered to the following principles:
1. From the strategic perspective of teachers' sustainable development and lifelong learning, we strengthened courses in the curriculum system that reflect modern educational concepts, the development and application of modern science and technology.

3. We emphasized the scientificity, advancedness, relevance, and effectiveness of the content, while ensuring a high degree of unity among these aspects. Starting from the actual needs of teachers, we aimed to improve training quality.
4. We paid attention to reflecting the new ideas and requirements of the reform in basic education curricula, so that teachers could adapt to the needs of the reform as soon as possible.
The construction of continuing education materials for primary and secondary school teachers is a systematic project and is still in its early stages, lacking sufficient experience. It is certain that many problems exist.
