The initial batch of results has been compiled into "Case Studies on Institutional Change in China" (Volume 1), which has received significant attention after publication. The second batch of case studies has also been published. This batch includes twelve projects, covering issues such as the continuation of the old system due to path dependence and the difficulty of generating new institutions, breaking path dependence to choose rational institutions, and more focus on spontaneous institutional innovation. These issues revolve around regulation and deregulation, involving various aspects of socioeconomic life. They not only reflect the diverse and complex process of transformation in Chinese society but also contain rich new economic problems and unexplored theories. This book is a collection of case studies on institutional change in China, featuring fourteen typical cases that have been studied. These cases cover all aspects of the development of the private economy, analyzing the deep-seated issues in its growth, making it a valuable reference for researchers in the private economy.
