■ Ingredients: 100g rice, 150g pork ribs, 50g cilantro.

■ Instructions: 1. Pick out impurities from the rice, rinse it clean; wash the cilantro, chop it into fine pieces, and set aside. 2. Egg Drop Congee
■ Ingredients: 150g white rice, 250g lean pork, 50g watered bamboo shoots, 2 century eggs, 30g rolled oats.
■ Seasonings: Appropriate amounts of oil, salt, and MSG.
■ Instructions: 1. Wash the lean pork, cut it into two pieces, rub salt evenly on each piece, and marinate in the refrigerator for one night to become salted pork. 2. Wash and chop the bamboo shoots. 3. Peel and wash the century eggs, cut them into small pieces. 4. Wash the white rice, mix it with salt and oil to become seasoned rice. 5. Boil water in a pot, add the seasoned rice and bamboo shoot pieces, stir slightly, and cook for 15 minutes. Add the marinated lean pork, one century egg, rolled oats, and the remaining oil, and cook for another 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until the congee becomes creamy. Remove the lean pork, shred it into fibers, and mix it with the remaining century egg pieces. Boil for a moment, then add salt and MSG to taste.
