Features: Exhibition economy is a rule of law economy. The healthy and orderly development of the exhibition industry in China relies on the protection and guidance of law. Therefore, when universities and institutions train exhibition professionals, they should introduce laws, regulations, rules, and systems related to the standardization of the exhibition industry as part of the professional background knowledge. This helps students or trainees not only acquire relevant legal knowledge but also enhance their legal awareness and establish the concept of "governing exhibitions according to law." To meet this teaching requirement, the content of this book focuses on exhibition-specific rules and regulations, as well as laws and regulations closely related to the standardized development of the exhibition industry, covering twelve chapters. In terms of chapter arrangement, in addition to Chapter being a summary of legal regulation in the exhibition industry, the remaining eleven chapters are organized into three parts: legal regulation for exhibition organizers (Chapters 2–4), legal regulation for exhibition items (Chapters 5–9), and legal regulation for exhibition operations (Chapters 10–12). The content introduction of this book aims for targeting and practicality, with an arrangement that highlights the regularity of the exhibition industry. It can serve as both a teaching material for exhibition management majors in higher education institutions and a reference book for qualification training of exhibition industry professionals.
