Features: The development of the tourism industry requires tourism education to track and summarize the achievements and shortcomings of the industry from a theoretical perspective, and promptly reflect these findings in teaching theory. Currently, there is a strong need for a group of teaching materials that adapt to the development of the situation, reflect the new ideas and dynamics of tourism studies, and serve the construction of tourism disciplines. This is the purpose of our organization in compiling a series of tourism professional textbooks for higher education institutions. The tourism professional series textbooks in this book have the following characteristics: strong theoretical foundation, high starting point, focusing on alignment with international tourism schools while also reflecting the actual development and research of tourism in China; emphasis on practicality, directly serving different departments of the tourism industry; use of fresh data and examples, reflecting the new dynamics of the tourism industry. Tourism aesthetics is a new discipline, and with the vigorous development of the tourism industry, it has increasingly attracted people's attention. Professor Fan Rongsheng Xiu of the Tourism Department of Nankai University wrote the lecture outline for "Tourism Aesthetics," which was supported by many teachers in tourism colleges and universities. It is suggested to compile it into a formal textbook for use in tourism colleges and universities across the country.
