This book is an illustrated one, with nearly 300 images throughout. It blends knowledge, religious sentiment, and a touch of legend, particularly valuable for its rich experiences and thorough historical research. The book primarily describes the history, culture, and customs of Tibet: the legend of the monkey turning into a human, the magical descent of Buddha's teachings from the heavens, the sacred water empowerment of the snow mountain's twin lions, ancient Tibetan burial rituals, the destruction of a thousand-year-old dynasty, the mandala of life "rdquo;", and more. The historical vicissitudes of nature and human culture in this region, along with unique life forms, unfold here.
Book Description:
A city woman travels alone to the Tibetan region. In the distant highland interior, she encounters a mysterious Kamba man who claims to be the incarnation of the Green Bodhisattva, insisting on giving her an empowerment and teaching her secret mantras, thus leading to a series of mysterious and enigmatic stories. The city woman, in her reluctant pursuit of the soul of an old woman after her death, and in her arduous rescue of a Tibetan orphan, completes her personality transformation and realization of faith; amidst complex emotional entanglements with her former lover, the Kamba man, and a wise guru, her spiritual path blossoms, opening her third eye and ultimately experiencing the presence of deities "hellip;hellip;

Preface: Seven Steps of Lotus and Yushu
This summer, I decided to go to Yushu.
Yushu is in Qinghai. On the map, Qinghai resembles a huddled and leaping rabbit, with Qinghai Lake as its eye. Qinghai Province has eight administrative divisions, centered around Qinghai Lake. Surrounding it are the Hai Dong Region, the Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, the Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, the Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and Xining City.
