Features: Problem-based teaching and the research on problem-based teaching have both a long history. Under the current background of curriculum reform in China, problem-based teaching is particularly important and requires the infusion of new concepts, the addition of new types, and operational methods. Therefore, we have conducted a relatively systematic study of problem-based teaching in this book. The main goal of this research is: to organize and analyze existing thoughts and theories about problem-based teaching, and on this basis, explore problem-based teaching in light of the needs of the new curriculum reform. The focus is placed on this new exploration, which mainly includes: the basic principles of problem-based teaching; the strategies of problem-based teaching; the key points of implementing problem-based teaching; and the teachers in problem-based teaching. It is hoped that this book can provide guidance for the teaching practice and research of primary and secondary school teachers, and reference for the research of educational theorists. This book cites a large number of literature, some of which are marked in footnotes, and some are not marked; the book also cites many examples of problem-based teaching from primary and secondary school teachers.
