Features: According to the provisions of laws and regulations such as the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "National Environmental Monitoring Management Regulations," and the "Management Measures for Radioactive Environmental Protection," this technical specification is formulated. This specification defines monitoring items, monitoring site layout, sampling methods, data processing, and quality assurance for radiation environmental quality monitoring, radiation pollution source monitoring, safe transport monitoring of radioactive materials, as well as emergency monitoring for the decommissioning of radiation facilities, waste disposal, and radiation accidents. It specifies the format and content of monitoring reports. This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the State Environmental Protection Administration. This standard was organized and drafted by the Nuclear Safety and Radiation Environment Management Department of the State Environmental Protection Administration. This standard is interpreted by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
