Features: To implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on Environmental Protection of Construction Projects," and the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment," this standard has been formulated. This standard mainly includes the following content: determining the purpose, scope, and standards of the preparation; identifying the engineering analysis objects and environmental investigation content; determining technical content such as environmental impact identification, prediction and evaluation, and countermeasures. This standard was formulated based on the revision of SDJ302-88, with modifications including the following aspects: adjusting the structure; determining the content of environmental impact assessment according to the type of water conservancy and hydropower projects; adding technical content such as countermeasures, environmental monitoring and management, environmental protection investment estimation and economic benefit analysis of environmental impact, and public participation. Adding technical content on ecological assessment and river basin environmental impact analysis for water conservancy and hydropower projects. This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the State Environmental Protection Administration. The drafting unit of this standard is the Yangtze River Basin Water Resources Protection Bureau. This standard is interpreted by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
