Part 3: Safety Prevention, including:
Preventing Misoperation and Miswork Accidents; Substation Fire Protection Systems and Fighting Electrical Fires; Preventing Short-Circuit Accidents Caused by Small Animals; Safety Protection When Using SF6 High-Voltage Equipment; Improving the Overall Ability of Substation Operators to Handle Emergencies; Safety Inspection and Standards of Substation Electrical Equipment.
