Japanese Extensive Reading Course. Volume 2

Author: Liu Yanping Zhang Jingru
Publisher:
Publishing Date: 2002-11-01
Features: This series of textbooks (originally titled "Modern Japanese Reading Course," consisting of four volumes, published by Higher Education Press) has been used by many university Japanese departments in China since its publication in September 1994, playing a role in promoting Japanese teaching. Due to limited printing volumes, there has been a shortage in supply in recent years. Therefore, we have decided to revise and republish it to meet teaching needs. Additionally, after several years of use, some of the content has become outdated, and some issues requiring urgent correction have been identified during the process. For this revision, while maintaining the original structure, we have replaced nearly one-third of the articles to enhance the timeliness and readability of the content. At the same time, we have made extensive corrections to printing errors and inappropriate exercises. Despite these efforts, there may still be some unsatisfactory aspects in the book. We sincerely invite teachers and students to continue offering valuable feedback so that we can continuously improve and refine it. This revision and republishing were supported and assisted selflessly by the Japanese Studio of the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. Here, we express our heartfelt gratitude. The direct contributors to the revision of this volume include Professor Wang Xiwen of Dalian University of Technology, Lecturer Liu Junmin, and the two Japanese teachers teaching at the university.
