Features: As a building that serves as a poem for the city, it can temporarily liberate the bustling crowds in the city from the mundane rhythm of time, or simply allow us to take a deep breath. Amidst the light clouds and clear winds, it delights the eyes and pleases the heart, evoking fantasies of the sunset and the rain. Those architects who can truly write and sing odes to buildings as urban poems need to be discovered and invited by a city to leave behind their masterpieces – a rare and fortunate connection. Magnificent and extraordinary buildings can become treasures of the city, worthy of permanent preservation, or serve as poems for the city that are repeatedly recited. The metropolis of Shenzhen is blessed with such fortune. Shenzhen is an immigrant city; it belongs to everyone and yet to no one. Here resides a group of new elites, all highly educated, high-income, and with refined tastes. Their broad knowledge and insights drive them to focus on every detail, competing with each other in vision and realm. Shenzhen's residential developments have created a humanized international fashion lifestyle, naturally becoming the pursuit of these new elites. Shenzhen's Emerging Developments selects 11 outstanding projects from the city's numerous residential complexes for this book. With its Italian-inspired ambiance and vibrant color scheme, Pure Waterfront showcases its unique charm. The book is organized into three sections: Buildings, Environment, and Clubhouses, systematically presenting the features of each development. Diverse architectural styles and garden landscapes unfold in dazzling splendor, leaving readers in awe of the magnificent works!
