Features: Compared to existing strategic management textbooks both domestically and internationally, this book has the following characteristics:
1. In terms of chapter structure, we have newly added chapters such as "Strategic Thinking," "Strategic Value," and "Strategic Transformation" based on the practice of enterprise management and the needs of managers. These chapters are not present in any existing textbooks.
2. In terms of content depth, we have conducted in-depth analysis and elaboration on content that is either not covered or overlooked in other existing textbooks by setting up dedicated chapters or sections.
3. In terms of focus, we not only emphasize the introduction and analysis of basic strategic theories and their historical lineage but also place greater importance on explaining specific operational methods. Therefore, each chapter introduces a large number of practical operational methods for managers to adopt.
4. In terms of perspective, we not only focus on specific operational methods but also emphasize how strategies are implemented. It can be said that in the teaching of the "Strategic Management" course, this is the most. Teachers tend to focus more or are more interested in strategic planning, while neglecting or being confused about the implementation of strategic plans. As everyone knows, even the best plan is just empty words if it is not implemented. For this reason, we have set up a dedicated chapter to introduce and analyze methods of strategic implementation, which is also a prominent difference between this textbook and existing ones.
