Features: Looking back at 2002, a puzzling phenomenon emerged in the legal book market: while the legal book market expanded at a rate exceeding the growth of the entire book market, the niche market for laws and regulations experienced its first zero growth. On one hand, the channels for accessing paid and free legal resources became increasingly diverse, and the mediums for products were no longer limited to books. On the other hand, this also reflected readers' dissatisfaction with existing legal and regulatory books, leading them to "vote with their feet." Indeed, whether it's single-volume regulations, chronologically organized regulations, thematically focused (supplementary regulations), or comprehensive regulatory compendiums, they often repeat the same data. Of course, the "Contract Law" published by different publishers cannot be like Hamlet in Shakespeare's works, with "a thousand faces," as the solemnity of laws and regulations requires faithful recording. However, legal and regulatory books are not incapable of achieving product differentiation or providing value-added content. On the contrary, precisely because the market is nearly empty, participants have great room for development. We firmly believe that the simple accumulation of data is of little significance; only organized and integrated data can be considered information. This book differs from the vast majority of individual legal and regulatory books and compendiums currently on the market. Traditional legal and regulatory compendiums typically append relevant legal documents in full to the main laws. Now, based on the "bilateral hypertext linking technology" of the newly researched "China Legal Retrieval System" by the Law and Information Center, Peking University, we comprehensively and systematically identify relevant legal provisions for each main law, including current effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, and departmental rules. We also transform the traditional format of legal and regulatory publications by reorganizing these relevant legal documents under each provision of the main law, aiming to provide readers with an intuitive, quick, and comprehensive reading experience.
