Features: The second series of "Frontier Translation of New Management Concepts." It allows managers to rethink general management issues from a fresh perspective and suggests different ways to handle certain problems. This book is primarily written for thoughtful managers. In our research, course development, and teaching activities, we have encountered many such managers who have discussed the issues mentioned in the book with us. We consider them thoughtful mainly because, while they are eager for new ideas, they maintain a healthy critical attitude towards new solutions, and they are also aware that external problems must be continuously addressed. These managers—whose number we suspect is significant—would appreciate our efforts, step back to think, and adopt a constructive critical attitude towards the management practices we practice and study today.
