Features: Research on Prosecutorial Power Shi Shaoxia is one of the most contentious issues in the theoretical discussions of China's judicial system reform. Although many scholars tend to simplistically equate judicial reform with trial reform during the discussions, dedicating more enthusiasm to the narrow, court-centered judicial reform debates, the reform of the prosecutor's office has unfairly been "neglected." However, since judicial reform is a systematic project, differing definitions of the nature of prosecutorial power will directly determine the status and fate of Chinese procuratorial organs, as well as the direction and value orientation of China's judicial system reform. Therefore, the author briefly expresses their views on the nature, content, and improvement of China's prosecutorial power, hoping to contribute to a deeper understanding of it.
