Features: This book is the result of the National "Eight-Five" Social Science Fund project "Research on Economic Crimes under the Socialist Market Economy System." Economic crimes are a new type of crime, and scholars in China started researching it relatively late. There is considerable disagreement among them about what constitutes an economic crime, with various opinions and no consensus. Since we are studying economic crimes under the socialist market economy system, our research is limited to crimes that disrupt the order of the socialist market economy. They may also infringe upon public and private property, but unlike traditional property crimes such as theft or robbery, they occur during the operation of the market economy or in economic management activities, and they are based on violations of certain economic management regulations.
