Features: The purpose of writing this book is to serve judicial practice. Therefore, in the process of writing, the authors strive to highlight the following characteristics:
1. Practicality: The term "practicality" means that the authors aim to serve judicial practice by focusing on the practical problems existing in judicial practice. Therefore, in terms of the writing style, there is no strict requirement for the completeness of the system. Some crimes that are rarely used in judicial practice or have few problems are not discussed. Aspects that are irrelevant to judicial operations or of little significance, such as the object of crime, are not mentioned or briefly touched upon. The reason for this is to concentrate on in-depth and detailed analysis and argumentation of key and difficult problems in judicial practice, thereby meeting the needs of judicial practice.
2. Novelty: The term "novelty" means that the authors reflect new issues, adopt new methods of argumentation, use new research findings, and rely on new laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations. The aim is to provide new insights on traditional issues that have not yet reached consensus and to conduct timely research on emerging issues.
3. Depth: The term "depth" means that the authors should not be satisfied with merely proposing viewpoints or conducting superficial analysis on the issues they study. Instead, they should conduct in-depth and detailed argumentation, striving to thoroughly explain the issues to persuade others with reason.
4. Accuracy: The term "accuracy" means that the authors' viewpoints should be supported by law and reason, comply with legal provisions, and have a basis in judicial practice to avoid misleading others.
