Features: Due to the continuous advancement of social undertakings and the ongoing development of discipline research, especially with the promulgation of the new "Measures for the Processing of Official Documents of National Administrative Organs" by the State Council in August 2000, some parts of the original textbook have become outdated. Therefore, we have revised the original textbook. During the revision, we focused on three aspects: First, based on the provisions and requirements of the new "Measures" promulgated by the State Council, we made modifications from document types to writing styles, and from content to form, ensuring full compliance with the new "Measures." Second, we supplemented and revised the example documents to make them more contemporary. Third, we repeatedly reviewed the original textbook's viewpoints and explanatory text to make them more accurate and persuasive.
