Features: To improve teaching and cultivate and enhance students' ability to write practical documents, we compiled this book, Common Practical Document Writing, and published it in 1994. It has now been revised according to the Measures for the Administration of Official Documents of National Administrative Organs issued by the State Council on August 24, 2000, as well as the actual needs of current students. This book selects the most commonly used document types that students are likely to use after graduation or must understand from the complex and diverse categories of practical documents, focusing on their introduction. Based on explaining the basic concepts, main functions, basic structure, format, and writing methods of each document type, some thinking and practice questions are designed at the end of each section. It emphasizes the connection between theory and practice, guiding students to transform knowledge into skills and techniques, teaching them the key points of writing common practical documents, and enabling them to use them proficiently in practice, thereby enhancing their adaptability after graduation. This book has a unique classification system for practical documents, forming its own independent framework with strong practicality. It is suitable as a textbook for "Practical Writing" courses in ordinary universities, adult education, and vocational education, as well as a self-study book for readers.
