Shanghai Grand Hyatt International Convention Center is a large, comprehensive, and neutral venue that integrates exhibitions, conferences, and hotels. The Western chefs at the hotel primarily come from a batch of chefs from the Shanghai-based joint venture hotel Sheraton Hotel, as well as chefs from other five-star hotels, and have experience working and interning abroad. They possess considerable expertise in Western culinary delights. We specifically organized the Western chefs of our hotel to create and compile the book Western Cuisine.
