New Edition of Writing Artistic Professional Theses

Features: Whenever it comes to knowledge and learning, writing a thesis should be quite normal. However, in the context of formalism and popularization, the concept of "academic paper" tends to polarize: one extreme is overly esoteric, seen as the profession of scholars, causing ordinary learners to shudder at the mere mention of it; the other is a "commissioned" work, hastily patched together and published under a title, with anyone able to write a paper. These misconceptions make academic research lose its independent character, and the seriousness of academic paper writing becomes irrelevant. To address this, I would like to discuss two issues in the introduction: What is an academic paper? How to write a good academic paper? The structure of this book revolves around these questions. To make the techniques I discuss clearer to readers, the book includes multiple papers, some of which are used to illustrate points, while others can be read as classic examples. This book primarily introduces the academic norms, writing, commenting, and formatting of art professional papers, along with multiple papers that can be read as classic examples.
