Features: To comprehensively improve the quality of teachers in higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province, equip them with the necessary educational knowledge for the teaching profession, enhance their skills in teaching and nurturing students, clarify teachers' responsibilities and behavioral norms, and better adapt to the needs of higher education reform and development, Zhejiang Province began experimenting with a pre-service training system for young teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in 1991. In October 1991, the Zhejiang Provincial Education Commission issued the "Opinions on Experimenting with the Pre-service Training System for Teachers in Ordinary Colleges and Universities." In 1996, based on the experience of the pilot program, the "Opinions on Implementing the Pre-service Training System for College Teachers" were formulated. Through more than ten years of practice and exploration, Zhejiang Province has gradually established a standardized, institutionalized, and regular pre-service training system for college teachers. To further improve the pre-service training of college teachers and enhance training quality, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education organized experts and scholars in our province to revise, adjust, and enrich the original trial teaching materials based on the "Teaching Guidance Outline for College Pre-service Training." These four textbooks were then officially published as the standard textbooks for future pre-service training. The revised textbooks better reflect the modernity, scientificity, practicality, and targeted nature of the content, emphasizing the practical application of theory and reflection on the current development of higher education. With the advancement of the times, higher education will inevitably face many new situations and issues, and different types of colleges and universities will encounter different problems. Therefore, in teaching, the principle of linking theory with practice should be adhered to; in training formats, channels should be further broadened, and teaching methods should be continuously improved. I believe that with effort, the pre-service training for college teachers in our province will continue to improve and become more standardized.
