What is the reason for liquid in the urethra when looking at books or pictures related to sex?

Patient's question:

Sometimes when I have sexual urges (looking at some books or pictures about sex), some colorless and transparent liquid flows from my urethral opening. Usually, there's nothing wrong with it. What could be the reason for this? Is it normal?
First follow-up question: Is this not semen? What color should semen normally be?

Doctor's answer:

When a man is physically or psychologically sexually stimulated, a drop or several drops of clear secretions often flow from the urethral meatus. This is neither semen nor prostatic fluid, but rather a normal physiological response of the human body, with the secretions coming from the paraurethral glands. The penis contains a gland called the paraurethral gland. When sexual arousal causes the penis to become erect, the engorged corpora cavernosa compress the paraurethral glands, causing their secretions to flow out of the urethral meatus. This serves to lubricate the glans penis and prepare for sexual activity.
