Features: A market economy is a rule of law economy. Since its publication, Economic Law has been widely recognized by teachers and students of various secondary vocational schools across the country, with an increasing number of schools adopting it each year. With the continuous deepening of the market economy and the constant revision of economic regulations by the state, as well as the innovation of educational concepts, we have made corresponding supplements, improvements, and optimizations to the overall layout of the textbook. The second edition of Economic Law has the following three features:
1. It closely aligns with the training objectives of secondary vocational schools, focusing on cultivating students' adaptability to the market economy, with an emphasis on practical operational and innovative abilities in legal practice.
2. Following the principles of advanced knowledge concepts and concise, practical content, we have selected relevant material and further optimized the functional sections, such as adding "Learning Objectives," "Mini-Knowledge," "Mini-Thinking," and "Mini-Cases," while incorporating more figures and tables to enhance the case-based nature of the textbook.
3. The post-chapter exercises are structured around two aspects: "Basic Training" and "Concept Application." "Basic Training" includes "Knowledge Questions" and "Skill Questions," while "Concept Application" includes "Analysis Questions," "Case Questions," and "Practical Training Questions," thereby strengthening knowledge transfer, skill development, and ability cultivation for students.
4. Additional appendices have been added, including "Appendix 1: Reference Answers and Tips for Chapter Exercises," "Appendix 2: Suggestions for Comprehensive Case Analysis," and "Appendix 3: Suggestions for Comprehensive Practical Training."
