Features: Studying for an EMBA program is essentially learning how to become a successful top-level corporate manager. Regarding the learning outcomes, there are four levels of classification. First is common sense, followed by knowledge, then insight, and finally courage. Among these, courage is the critical link, representing the transformation from knowledge to insight. This transformation must be achieved through specialized methods within a very limited time, training managers to quickly develop scientific thinking habits for addressing corporate issues. This is the distinctive feature of EMBA learning. In practical operations, this training is conducted by encouraging participants to reasonably propose, analyze, and solve problems. Only in this way can attention be drawn and thinking stimulated, leading to the identification of analytical and solution approaches with general methodological significance in the discussion of specific issues in EMBA courses. To this end, the author has conducted extensive explorations on how to collect and refine universally applicable management and operational problems based on the practical experience of Chinese enterprises. This involved in-depth communication with numerous managers and executives working at the forefront of business operations, as well as extensive reference to relevant information and research findings in related fields, including typical cases, to ensure that the writing work remains synchronized with the latest research progress both domestically and internationally. On this foundation, the goal is to provide a teaching material set for EMBA education that is both Chinese-in-character and internationally aligned.
