Features: With the advancement of the rule of law in China, legal education has flourished. China began establishing the Master of Laws program in 1996, and some experts believe, "The Master of Laws program should become the main channel for the development of legal education in China in the future." The 2002 National Judicial Examination holds revolutionary significance for the direction of China's legal profession towards specialization and elite development. Whether it is the Master of Laws program or the National Judicial Examination, both emphasize the understanding and application of China's current laws. In this sense, legal education in China's universities must not only focus on legal theory but also pay attention to the specific provisions of relevant laws. According to our research, both teachers and students in the "teaching" and "learning" process have paid attention to the combination of teaching materials and legal documents. However, a common problem is the lack of a well-established resource for convenient use. Many teachers have to continuously photocopy relevant materials and distribute them to students, which is very inconvenient. Therefore, we decided to organize the publication of the "Modern Legal Textbooks and Teaching Regulations" series to meet the needs of teachers and students in law schools for "teaching" and "learning." This series is divided into over 20 categories based on the courses set in China's university legal education, including "Civil Law Teaching Regulations," "Criminal Law Teaching Regulations," "Commercial Law Teaching Regulations," "Economic Law Teaching Regulations," "Intellectual Property Law Teaching Regulations," "Civil Procedure Law Teaching Regulations," "Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law Teaching Regulations," "International Law Teaching Regulations," "Private International Law Teaching Regulations," "International Economic Law Teaching Regulations," and "Constitutional Law Teaching Regulations." Each book is closely aligned with the textbooks and is organized as much as possible according to the chapter order of the textbooks, including important laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations. It should be noted that for the needs of teaching, we have also included some abolished documents or comparisons between old and new texts.
