Features: To promote the professional training and skill assessment of property management personnel, and to implement the national vocational qualification certificate system among property management professionals, the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, after completing the formulation of the "National Vocational Standard for Property Management Personnel," organized experts who participated in the writing and review of the "Standard," as well as other relevant experts, to compile the National Vocational Qualification Training Course — Systematic Course for Property Management Personnel. The content of the "Property Management Specialist" volume in this set covers the "Work Requirements" for the three vocational levels in the "Standard," where the "Basic Operations" and "Related Knowledge" correspond to the "Skill Requirements" and "Related Knowledge" in the "Standard," respectively. The National Vocational Qualification Training Course — Systematic Course for Property Management Personnel is applicable to the training and assessment of national vocational qualifications at levels four, three, and two for this profession and is recommended as a supplementary textbook for vocational skill assessment.
