Features: Li Kuhuan, born in 1952 in Xi'an City, is a renowned Chinese painter. He diligently created art works featuring cats, achieving extraordinary accomplishments and earning the distinguished title of "Contemporary King of Cats." He currently serves as the President of the Shaanxi Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, a First-Class Fine Arts Specialist, the Director and Professor of the (Chinese Painting) Department at the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art University, and the Chief Editor of the Works of Famous Contemporary Chinese Painters. In October 1993, he was honored as a World Cultural Figure.
