Features: This is a film adapted from Lu Xun's novel of the same name. The poster features a full-body portrait of Junsheng standing, illuminated by frontal lighting to enhance the intensity of his facial expression, highlighting his stern demeanor. The background depicts the old Beijing city at night, with the silhouette of Zijun's tearful head emerging from the sky and a film of Zijun in a contemplative pose. Junsheng, having been influenced by the May Fourth Movement, once mocked himself as a small bird held by a bird dealer, its wings paralyzed and forgetting how to fly. Zijun was a rebellious woman who pursued personal liberation and suddenlyed Junsheng's life. After a brief period of happiness, conflicts arose due to financial difficulties and ideological differences. Junsheng also lost his job at the Education Bureau because of their unconventional relationship. Faced with the dark society and indifferent family, Junsheng realized that they had been lost in blind love and neglected the essence of life. Determined to find a new path before their wings forgot to move, he resolved to step forward into a new life. After the disillusionment of love, Zijun died under the cold gazes of others. In sorrow and regret, Junsheng reproached himself and firmly declared, "I will take a step forward into a new life, I will bury the truth deeply in the wounds of my heart, and move forward silently, with forgetting and lying as my guide." The poster places the characters' silhouettes in the light at the top and the dark at the bottom, with the background figures faintly visible but emphasizing their facial expressions, showing that their spirits are undergoing torment. The tears in Zijun's eyes reflect a strong condemnation of the old system. The dim background intensifies the sad and painful atmosphere of the entire scene. The title in black letters on a white background at the bottom right adds a heavy touch to the already somber mood. P22
