Features: Against the backdrop of increasingly severe financial crimes and the shortcomings of financial criminal law, the Supreme People's Procuratorate's Research Institute of Procuratorial Theory, in collaboration with the Shandong University School of Law, hosted the "National Symposium on Financial Crimes and Financial Criminal Law Theory" from June 18 to 19, 2005, in Jinan, the "City of Springs." The symposium received a total of 57 academic papers. Adhering to the principle of selecting the best, these papers were compiled into this book to be shared with readers. This collection of essays is co-edited by Zhang Zhihui, a researcher and editor-in-chief of the China Journal of Criminal Law, and Director of the Research Center for Criminal Justice and Criminal Policy at Shandong University, Dr. Liu Yuan, a professor at the Shandong University School of Law. It is published as part of the "Shandong University Research Center for Criminal Justice and Criminal Policy Series." The compilation of this collection has always adhered to the sole criterion of quality, and the evaluation of the papers does not represent an evaluation of the authors.
