Features: The manuscript of Comprehensive Theory of Social Security includes two main parts: The first part elaborates on the theory and practice of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance" put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. This is presented in the Introduction of the book, written by Liu Huishu. This section divides the proposal and development process of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance" into three historical stages: the stage of incubation and proposal of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance"; the stage of systematic development and elevation of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance" to a theoretical level; and the stage of deepening and development of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance." To deepen the understanding of the theory and practice of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance" from the Central Committee, the Appendix of the manuscript also includes the Chronicle of Major Events in China's Comprehensive Social Security Governance, compiled by Professor Liu Huishu, as well as 10 important documents on China's "comprehensive social security governance" issued by the Party and the State. Given the scarcity of systematic studies on the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance" from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in China, this part of the text is beneficial for social science researchers to study and understand the theory and practice of the guiding principles of "comprehensive social security governance" from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
