Features: Based on the relevant spirit of the National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Guidance Committee and our statistical analysis of national self-tuition examination papers since 1999, most of the national unified examination courses, especially those in law, have basically used case analysis questions. Moreover, as one of the main question types, they generally account for more than 25 points, with some exceeding 30 points. For this new question type, most self-learners have not received systematic learning and training, so many candidates are lost when facing the exam paper and suffer significant score loss on case analysis questions. Based on this situation, we have organized the writing of this "Case Analysis Examination Guidance" series of books according to the new examination syllabus and textbooks compiled by the National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Guidance Committee. The purpose is to help candidates master key knowledge, develop application skills, improve answering techniques, and basically grasp the thinking and methods for solving case analysis questions, thereby achieving satisfactory exam results. This series of books has the following features:
1. Strong originality in topic selection. Currently, there are no specialized learning materials of this kind in self-tuition examination guides. Its emergence meets the urgent learning needs of candidates and aligns with the direction of exam development.
2. Strong writing team. All contributors are the main creators of the corresponding courses and textbooks. They have extensive teaching experience, a thorough understanding of the content, system, characteristics, key points, and difficulties of the textbooks and syllabi, as well as a deep understanding and recognition of case analysis questions.
3. Broad content coverage. Each selected case in the course is the most representative case in that course, covering all key content. It should be noted that some cases are based on real-life cases and are analyzed from a legal perspective for academic purposes.
4. Strong targeting in format. The writing format imitates the style of exam papers. Each case is divided into three parts: first, the case introduction; second, the questions for candidates to answer; and third, the analysis of the case and reference answers.
