Features: For a long time, we have studied many cases of successful and failed enterprises and individuals, comparing and deducing what led to different outcomes and where their intrinsic root causes lie. Later, we gradually realized that one of the primary essential reasons is vision—whether it aligns with reality, is correct and high-minded. In the early stages, vision determines right or wrong for a lifetime; in the middle stages, vision brings enlightenment, allowing for the transformation of into; when vision becomes dim, it quickly turns victory into defeat. This is called "vision takes precedence." This book is divided into two parts: "Vision Takes Precedence" and "Winning Business Strategies." It primarily focuses on the practical aspects of economic and social business, exploring the realm and platform of commerce, and pursuing wisdom for sustainable development. Based on the practical environment and needs of economics and business management, the book is aimed at individuals busy and striving in their work. It allows you to gain the most effective results in the least amount of time with a relaxed reading experience. Therefore, the writing follows three principles: "natural and smooth, relatable to life, and witty and humorous," striving to maintain a natural rhythm, discussing economic matters with ease, as if the reader is lying on the sofa reading a novel. After browsing, a smile can open the door to improved emotional intelligence. If, by chance, it becomes an enjoyable and educational read, that would be an extraordinary achievement. In recent years, combining the realities of economic and social fields across history and cultures, we have conducted systematic and in-depth research on many successful and failed enterprises and individuals worldwide. By looking back at their early conditions and comparing them to their current state, observing their development trajectories and evolutionary patterns, we have gained profound insights, broadened our perspectives, and felt a surge of understanding. We wrote this with a sense of flow, hoping to share it with readers. This book is divided into two parts: "Vision Takes Precedence" and "Winning Business Strategies," primarily focusing on the practical aspects of economic and social business, exploring the realm and platform of commerce, and pursuing wisdom for sustainable development. We know that in corporate and organizational settings, there are generally three types of people: one type is "innovative," with a high vision, original ideas, unique insights, and extraordinary innovative leadership capabilities. Another type is "executive," skilled in rules, processes, and commands, excelling at delivering precise results. The last type is "mediocre," fond of daydreaming, high aspirations but low execution, and not worth mentioning. In the economic market, whether for individuals or organizations, competitive advantages often come from creative people, while the maintenance of these advantages is closely tied to executive types. Having both types ensures stable competitive advantages. The book "Vision Takes Precedence, Winning Business Strategies" focuses more on innovation, direction, and trends in the former part, while the latter part emphasizes the basics, balance, and environment. Together, they are valuable in cultivating excellent character and seeking an advantageous position in the era of trust and transformation. For both companies and individuals, the goal is to achieve development and avoid failure. Pursuing the realm and wisdom of business operations, the key lies in fostering an upward trend. Based on this foundation, one can transcend contradictions such as "great wisdom and petty cleverness," "long-term development and short-term gains," and "growing strong and lasting versus fleeting success." Only then does one align with the strategic direction of sustainable development, approaching the advanced commercial realm of "vision takes precedence, always being first" and "winning business strategies, rooted in victory."
Additionally, we believe that the realm and wisdom are supported by culture and quality, and they must stem from and be elevated by practicality, guiding practicality. They must be rooted in the essence of national history. Only what is imbued with national spirit truly holds world value (though it must also transcend national constraints that hinder development). Therefore, we have deliberately created the historical setting of Guigu in China and expanded the discussion from there, standing within the essence of national culture and calmly observing the economic and social trends of the world.
Since this book is based on the practical environment and needs of economics and business management, primarily aimed at busy and striving individuals in the workforce, it would be more suitable for readers if it could be expressed in a relatively humorous and easy-to-understand manner, with each chapter being relatively independent and complete. Under relaxed reading conditions, it allows readers to spend the least amount of time gaining the most effective results.
