1. Safety Knowledge
1. Road traffic and everyone participates in road traffic activities, which can include walking, cycling, driving, and riding. Due to their different modes of transportation, the terms used to describe them also differ. We those who walk as pedestrians; those who ride bicycles as cyclists; those who drive cars as drivers or chauffeurs; and those who ride in vehicles as passengers. In road traffic activities, pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and passengers should respect, care for, and help each other. They should also abide by traffic rules, maintain traffic order, practice civilization, and pay attention to safety. Before driving, it is essential to thoroughly check the vehicle to ensure it is free of faults before departure. During the journey, all relevant documents must be carried, and attention should be paid to traffic signs at all times to avoid taking the wrong route and committing traffic violations unintentionally. Additionally, it must be remembered that driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
2. Traffic Lights
At busy intersections, red, yellow, and green traffic signals are hung on all sides or at the central control booth. Vehicle drivers and pedestrians obtain information about whether they can pass and how to pass from the changes in the colors of these three lights, ensuring the safe and orderly intersection of traffic.
