It combines the characteristics of China's criminal law, elaborates on the basic principles and specific forms of criminal constitutions in China's criminal law, and puts forward its own views on certain issues existing in criminal law theory and judicial practice. The book integrates theory with practice, focusing on both the research of fundamental theoretical issues and the exploration of practical problems. It examines both the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the supplementary regulations and resolutions passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress since its promulgation. Through these studies, the book has become more perfect in content and structure, helping readers better learn and master the material. The fundamental and main content of this work is, on one hand, the narration and clarification of criminal law norms, which primarily falls under the category of general criminal law theory; on the other hand, the textual interpretation of specific criminal provisions and their descriptions, which primarily pertains to the category of specific criminal law theories. Only these two aspects constitute the overall structure of criminal law theory. Without the interpretation of criminal law norms, it cannot be called criminal law theory. Precisely for this reason, there is a very common argument in the current criminal law academic circles that specific criminal provisions are propositions of criminal law norms. This argument embodies the clear distinction between criminal law and criminal law studies.
