Features: The classic harmony distribution principle ultimately guides design from street squares to perfume bottles. This dedication to research is also reflected in the process of architecture, especially in the use of building materials. The use of prefabricated concrete in situ structures has had an extraordinary impact. The only one comparable to Taller Architecture Company's use of concrete is Louis Kahn. He achieved the same effect through different methods. This persistent exploration spirit has kept Taller Architecture Company at the forefront of creative design, while also bringing significant changes. In the 1980s, Taller Architecture Company affirmed both classic forms and contemporary architectural geometric principles. Therefore, the need to combine limited models to create a large number of different forms promoted the research of prefabricated concrete panels or cast forms (used to place concrete during the curing process) in situ. In the 1990s, Taller applied steel and glass to building materials, marking a new stage in the development of their design style. This is merely the inevitable result of persistent research on design patterns and materials. The projects and architectural designs selected in this book (which cannot yet be called a catalog) adopt different approaches to problem-solving, including some of the most famous buildings in the design history of Taller Architecture Company. The different chapters of this book showcase the continuous development themes of Taller Architecture Company from its inception to the 1990s. The book covers a wide range of projects, from the development of public spaces closely related to people to the design of everyday items.
