Features: This book was written as a training textbook for the new compulsory junior high school Chinese curriculum. The purpose of writing this textbook is to: reflect the concepts and content of the new Chinese curriculum; update the educational and teaching concepts of participants and improve their professional level; provide case studies of participatory middle school Chinese teaching. The entire book is divided into eight chapters. The content of the th chapter aims to use participants to review and reflect on the current state of middle school Chinese teaching; recognize the shortcomings in current teaching; experience the necessity of the new basic education curriculum reform and the superiority of participatory teaching; and understand the concepts and design ideas of the "National Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education" to prepare participants for the new curriculum participatory training activities in terms of concepts and psychology. The second chapter designs a discussion on the general objectives of the "Standards," aiming to let participants experience the changes, innovations in the concepts, structure, and statement methods of the "Standards' general objectives. Chapters three to seven are designed based on the phase objectives of the "Standards" and involve relevant content in five areas: literacy and writing, reading, writing, oral communication, and comprehensive learning. The eighth chapter is specifically designed for teaching evaluation content. It aims to let participants understand the new concepts, methods, and tools for teaching evaluation in the "Standards." Each chapter of the textbook is designed with three or more lessons, with the th lesson of each chapter focused on learning the relevant concepts in the "Standards," while the other lessons are designed in the form of participatory activities. The purpose is to let participants directly experience the entire process of participatory learning activities and intuitively grasp the charm of new curriculum participatory activities. To broaden participants' perspectives and facilitate the smooth conduct of learning activities, relevant reading materials are provided after some lessons, corresponding to the content of those lessons.
