Based on financing and investment decisions, it focuses on key aspects of daily financial management—working capital management and securities investment (Chapters 11 and 12); ⑤ Profit distribution decisions (Chapter 13); ⑥ Related special financial management issues, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate failure and liquidation (Chapters 14 and 15). The above arrangement is designed based on the long-term teaching experience of the authors, drawing on the essence of excellent domestic and international textbooks and valuable experience from corporate financial practices, with a spirit of innovation and considering the unified planning of this series of textbooks, aiming to ensure the scientificity, completeness, systematicity, practicality, and innovation of the entire book.
