Features: The "China Natural Resources Series" (Fujian Volume) was led by the Land and Regional Planning Department of Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission. It organized leaders, experts, and professionals from relevant resource management departments, universities, and research institutions to form an editorial committee responsible for its completion. The book is divided into three parts, totaling seventeen chapters and over 400,000 words. The first part is the comprehensive section, consisting of four chapters, which traces the history and analyzes the overall characteristics of the province's natural resources from a regional perspective. It further proposes development strategies and measures for optimizing the utilization of natural resources. The second part is the resources section, comprising ten chapters, which provides a detailed analysis of ten major resources, including land, water, minerals, climate, forestry, grasslands, aquaculture, wildlife and plants, marine resources, and tourism. Building on previous research, it comprehensively evaluates the quantity and quality of these resources and proposes appropriate development and utilization approaches and strategies tailored to local conditions. The third part is the regional section, consisting of three chapters, which divides the province's natural resources into two belts and six zones based on their distribution and combination characteristics. It conducts a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of these resource zones and proposes development and utilization strategies to ensure the coordinated development, utilization, and protection of natural resources with regional economic growth.
