This book includes four simulation tests, which we call four simulation venues. The layout of each set of questions in this book follows the latest test structure and score distribution, combined with our predictions of the key areas of the judicial exam. For the four simulation test questions in this book, we not only provide answers but also include detailed and accurate legal explanations. These four simulation venues are the four warm-up sessions before the National Judicial Examination in September 2005.
Regarding the use of this book, we recommend that candidates treat it as a real judicial examination venue and approach it with the enthusiasm needed to face the exam, making the best use of these four simulation venues: First, candidates must complete each volume consecutively without interrupting before finishing all the questions in a volume. This is highly detecting your true level and cultivating good exam habits. Because in the actual exam, you must complete the questions within the specified time, and exceeding the time limit is not possible. Therefore, in the simulation venue, candidates must strictly require themselves to complete the test within the time consecutively to truly experience the real feeling of the judicial exam.
Second, candidates must answer the questions formally and completely. After finishing all the questions, compare the answers provided to assess your level. Do not look at the answer for one question and immediately check it. Especially for Volume 4, candidates must write down written answers on paper. Never be overconfident and underestimate the difficulty—otherwise, the consequences will be dire, as there are already precedents. You must complete one set of questions and then compare the answers to evaluate your score. Generally, this reflects your normal performance at that time.
Finally, compare the explanations to clarify the key points. Especially identify the questions you answered incorrectly or were unsure about, study them carefully, and refer to the explanations in this book to understand where you went wrong. Compare relevant textbooks and regulations to thoroughly grasp the knowledge point and firmly fill in the gaps.
