Looking at the overall situation, the first two decades of the 21st century will be a crucial strategic period for China to seize opportunities and make great contributions. The 5th Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee proposed that starting from the new century, China has entered a new stage of comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating the modernization of socialism. The entire Party and the people of the country must seize the opportunity, adhere to deepening reform, expanding opening up, promoting development, maintaining stability, and firmly achieve our goals.
