Features: The work of criminal complaint and prosecution has evolved from nothing to what it is today, initially forming its own unique patterns. Over the years, in the practical work, experience has been accumulated in various regions, while many problems have also been accumulated. Strengthening the summary of experience, the research on problems, and the exploration of patterns to lead the criminal complaint work towards deeper levels, broader scopes, and higher standards is the work we have been striving to do and will continue to do. To this end, we plan to compile a series of research books on criminal complaint work, categorizing the research findings into volumes. This serves to standardize and guide the work of criminal complaint and prosecution, as well as to spark further discussion and research on complaint issues with all parties. Criminal Complaint Practice is the first volume of this series. The purpose of writing this book is to solve practical problems in the work, so its greatest feature is its practicality. First, operability. The Basic Issues Answered section covers problems frequently encountered by various levels of prosecution organs in their work and those with certain operational difficulties. The Typical Case Analysis section selects cases that have been actually handled by the Supreme People's Procuratorate and involve dissatisfaction with the procuratorial organ's decisions. In terms of structure, it highlights the characteristics of complaint cases, reflects the full picture of handling complaint cases, and addresses the key issues of the cases.
