It sets up four educational stages:
First Stage: Career Planning Period (Freshman Year), guiding college students to establish career awareness, correctly understand and handle the relationship between career and major, and make preliminary career plans based on an understanding of social demands and self-awareness.
Second Stage: Career Quality Training Period (Sophomore and Junior Years), providing systematic guidance to gradually equip students with the relevant qualifications needed for job selection and employment.
Third Stage: Employment Implementation Period (Senior Year), helping students understand employment procedures, choose employment channels, master employment skills, and ensure timely employment after graduation.
Fourth Stage: Career Adaptation Period, guiding students to transform their mindset, adapt to career demands, and realize life value in their professional positions.
These four stages are closely linked, mutually supportive, and interdependent, forming a scientific educational system. It stands at the forefront of employment education, researching and exploring new situations and problems in the teaching process, incorporating key issues such as the establishment of career awareness, the connection between major learning and career development, integrity and employment, internships and employment, and the prevention of employment pitfalls into the content system.
