Features: Due to the naming of the Huizhou painter group and the definition of the Xin'an School of Painting, there has been long-standing debate, and so far, there is no universally accepted conclusion. Therefore, in the first chapter of this book, we will introduce the historical debates and share our perspectives. The main part of this book will focus on introducing the creative achievements of the Xin'an School of Painting, represented by Gan Jiang, as well as other outstanding painters of the same era. It will also cover the "source" painters who influenced them and the "flow" painters who followed, with a particular emphasis on Huang Binhong, another peak after Gan Jiang. This book will also discuss the profound impact of painting aesthetics on the Xin'an School of Painting and the Xin'an art scene, especially the aesthetics of the Xin'an people. Additionally, it will analyze the artistic styles and creative techniques of the major painters of the Xin'an School.
