At the same time, it has had a profound impact on the development of late feudal Chinese history, particularly on the development of Huizhou society in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Therefore, we believe that research on New Anhui School of Learning will help us better grasp and analyze the evolution of the history of Chinese academic thought, and will enable us to examine and understand Huizhou and Huizhou culture more comprehensively and deeply. This book focuses on exploring the origins and evolution of New Anhui School of Learning over the 600 years from the Southern Song Dynasty through the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, while also paying attention to its influence on Huizhou society and other fields of Huizhou studies.
