It elaborates on key activities, principle methods, and important measures of rural youth work, including serving youth in increasing income and achieving success, innovating youth league work methods, the "Leading Innovation" campaign, youth league science and technology demonstration villages, the "300 Science and Technology Fairs," the "Protecting the Mother River" campaign, as well as party-building leading youth league building, strong town leading village, small towns, and non-public sector youth league building. The appendix selects news reports and related articles from recent years within and outside the province for reference and study.
