Features: According to the relevant provisions of the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China," in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education, vocational training, and occupational skill assessment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security commissioned the General Administration of Press and Publication to organize experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Flexographic Printing Operators" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
One The Standard is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this profession and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of occupational activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge levels, taking into full consideration of economic development.
Two The formulation of the Standard follows the requirements of relevant technical procedures, ensuring both the standardization of its format and the characteristics of being job-oriented and skill-focused. It also provides flexibility and practicality for adjustments based on technological advancements, meeting the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
Three According to relevant provisions, the Standard categorizes this profession into five levels, covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
Four The Standard was completed through the collaborative efforts of experts and practitioners in the flexographic printing industry.
Five The Standard has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and will come into effect on January 28, 2005.
