This part is based on an analysis of the existing problems in China's industrial structure law and the challenges posed by joining the WTO to the industrial structure law. Through the formulation and implementation of industrial structure law in major countries around the world and comparative analysis, it proposes suggestions for scientifically constructing China's industrial structure law system.
